"Mentorship and coaching are extraordinarily important in career development for both surgeons and radiation oncologists interested in the practice of radiosurgery. The field is focused and purposefully narrow in scope - it is important for radiosurgery mentors to help residents and junior faculty navigate a strategic path towards this rewarding subspecialty."
